Ranobir’s Kitchen Renovation
This project focused on achieving a clean, functional, and finished looking kitchen for a rental property, keeping future occupants in mind. Without making major structural changes, we retained the original backsplash tiles and granite countertop, concentrating efforts on upgrading the cabinetry for improved storage and aesthetics.
We introduced base cabinets and a couple of overhead units to address essential storage needs. Since the west-facing window allowed limited natural light, we opted for ivory white shutters to brighten the space and make it feel more open. The choice of finish also complements the existing wooden tile flooring, creating a visually balanced and low-maintenance solution ideal for a rental setup.
Simple, smart, and light on the pocket this transformation proves that even small interventions can make a big difference in elevating the everyday usability and appeal of a rental kitchen.
